Please improve your approach to mental health....you predictably look up the ‘allowed’ anti-depressants on the lowest rung of the ladder; these are weak and NOT EFFECTIVE with all patients and as a result I don’t treat my depression as the medication prescribed over the last 8 years(I only took for several months and didn’t notice any difference when I started taking them or when I stopped!) has been totally ineffective which I told the doctor....’we can try you on another one in that group?’ I was offered ; another doctor just wanted to get me back on the ones I told her twice during our phone conversation didn’t work ....apparently she wanted me off the phone and couldn’t be bothered to prescribe a new medication. I’ve given up even talking to any of the doctors as I feel they believe that mental illness isn’t a real medical problem or issue and Im made to feel ashamed, judged and like I’m wasting everyone’s time. This has been consistently a problem at this healthcare practice for years. |

I have been trying to contact the surgery since 9.30 this morning as I'm expecting a call from a doctor today, booked 3 weeks ago. I've been number 987654321 in the telephone queue then the line goes dead, so I try again and start at 9 again, this is unacceptable. So I think I'll ring the prescription line, once again ring ring ring then get put in a queue same awfull tune and you guessed it number 9 in the queue. I give up, what sort of micky mouse operation is this. |
