Have used this surgery for many years and never had any problems. If you want an appointment with your chosen doctor for a non urgent problem then you do have to book ahead but this is the same for most GP surgeries these days. They always try to fit in urgent issues in their emergency surgery. Advance bookings can be made online and a reminder text message is sent to you. Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered online and thus works very well. Staff ard caring and friendly. I would certainly recommend this surgery. | ||||||

When they are so busy they managed to fit me in. All i can say is a big thank you to all the staff at the Meadows. | ||||||

As a long term patient at this surgery with two chronic conditions, I cannot praise the practice enough. Always greeted with courtesy either on visit or by phone. Pro-active on issues such as drug non availability (N.I.C.E.).
On non medical matters I agree that the reception would benefit from a refresh (Get rid of brickwork?) and a bench/seat outside for when waiting to open would be appreciated.
Interesting to see looking at PM/ Weekend opening.
