Dr and nurse are the only reason I stay with this practice as I often have to wait two weeks to get an appointment and I have never been seen on time, always having to sit 45-60 minutes in the waiting room (often with restless small children!) | ||||||

My wife and I have always received the best treatment from the Cowfold Medical Group. The reception staff, pharmacy staff are always cheerful and helpful and courteous. They will go out of their way to help. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. We have always been able to get an appointment when we have needed one.
As for the nurses and doctors, how can you rate them on a scale of 1-10? I rate them at 20!!!!
Regrettably one of the doctors is retiring at the end of March 2017 but a replacement is due to start at the end of the year and a known locum will be filling in. The locum they have had have always been excellent.
How can one say more when you hear the horror stories of surgeries elsewhere? | ||||||
