I used the online patient access service to make an appointment which is easy and straightforward. At the surgery I was seen on time by a GP I hadn't met before and I found her to have excellent listening skills who was helpful, kind and very gentle with her examination. I rang up this morning and spoke to a very helpful receptionist who made an appointment for the same day On arrival everyone was friendly and helpful This is not unusual as every time I have had to call or visit the surgery has been very accommodating Nothing is too much trouble Thankyou |
