Since I moved to Hanover , I thought be best for me to move surgeries , and park crescent is awful. This place is great , small and friendly . Reception are lovely warm and friendly. I am very ill at momment and they doing all they can. It’s how surgeries should be and recommend this place to everyone. Also thread on reception is fantastic warm and helpful and funny | ||||||

I have been trying to get a call back from a dr. for an ongoing complaint but every time i called, all day friday 30 november, the phone rang for a few min's then i got; other person has cleared the line? every time, i called again today mon, 3rd, and still the same, i have no complaints about the surgery or the dr's they are very good all of them, but i don't want to go over to the surgery and keep coughing even though i am not contagious, they know what i want so call back solves it and i get a prescription delivered, what is it with their phone line, anyone else have this problem? | ||||||
