Had an appointment with Doctor Mark Twist this morning and his lovely nurse who I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name ( nervous) Doctor Twist recommended the removal of the lump and being my difficult self wanted to know all details etc etc. I have never before experienced such professional, kind care. They were both fantastic, explaining everything step by step, made the whole experience much easier and they were both so kind I felt the least I could do was say thank you publicly and give them both just a little recognition for all their hard work. Amazing people, thank you for taking the time and for being so kind. | ||||||

Excellent experience during appointments for my husband with paramedic Chrissie Twitchen. Took time and trouble to carry out thorough check up and explain findings in a helpful and friendly way Top marks. | ||||||
