I have been a patient at this practice nearly ten years,it used to be such a lovely surgery,but since constant turnover of staff all care has gone, there is no customer care at all, Dr Ojo would always acknowledge the patients even when busy but now you don't even get an hello, there's a zero tolerance policy sign up yet it seems ok for them to be rude to us as patients, I always say treat others as you would like to be treated I've NEVER been rude,all the good Drs and staff have left,you get phone cut out on you, you can't get appointments since pandemic,I've had letters sent by consultant yet Drs have not contacted me about it,and u can't get general appointment to discuss it with them, After alot of thought we have decided it's time to change surgery for the wellbeing of our family, Changed surgery ring for appointment and get a face to face appointment with no problems, best thing we did, | ||||||

I've been with the surgery now for about 18 years. I've manage to get my referral appointment for my nose operation at May Day University Hospital really quick. I've also got referred to a specialist for an allergy I had quickly also. My only draw back with this surgery is that sometimes you can wait too long for an appointment, sometimes waiting for months, Secondly, when you make an appointment and get a date, you go there only then to be told that you have to come back to do this and to do that; when they could of told you over the phone before going there. Thirdly, I found that the reception staff there is very rude and unprofessional. I've call there many times only to get the phone slammed down in my ears Last but not least, since the pandemic, this surgery has fallen below standard. You make and appointment only to be told this will be done over the phone, you receive the call and explained your problem and then they ask you to come and collect the paper work to do a blood test but you never get the chance to show them showing symptoms that is appearing on the skin. Even now the pandemic is almost over they still don't want to see you face to face This can be very daunting! | ||||||
