Honestly disgusting! The new doctors there are absolutely rude and horrible ! I have been with the practise for over 10 years and all the senior doctors have been amazing but recently some new faces are rude and unprofessional! I went in with a face to face consultation and had been suffering with multiple issues I went it for 1 issue and keep in mind it was forfor literally 3 mins, the fourth minute I asked for another medical issue, the doctors immediate response was ' you would have to book in again to talk about your second I have back to back consultation today I can't deal with anymore, you have to book in again' Like what the hell? Keep in mind I was only there for 3 minutes ? | ||||||

I moved into the area three months ago and unfortunately I had to register with this practice. It is easily one of the worst I have known. I have been unable to see a single doctor and I’m constantly being told to go to the G P Hub. I have twice been told that I should go to A&E. Such a joke. On one occasion I was expecting a call from a GP but that didn’t arrive. When I called the practice they said that the GP tried to call me but the call went straight to voicemail. I checked my phone and no such call had been received from a GP. Absolutely diabolical. | ||||||

Needed help from the GP to fill an online form to receive help from a charity but these so called GP who are meant to be supporting their patients saiid they don't fill online forms, in this digital age? The charity clearly said they need it done online but they said they won't do it, denying me of the help I so desperately need. Awful and totally does go correspond with the compassion the NHS values are based on. Appalling l! | ||||||
