Although in my 70's, I had had very little experience of GP care when I came across this practice from an internet search. The medical care has been fist class; efficient, knowledgeable, concerned and accommodating. That description applies equally to all the staff I have encountered and I really can't recommend this practice highly enough. | ||||||

This is the best practice I have been to and have been going there for 24 yrs, clean, quiet, appointment s always available if you are prepared to see any gp, excellent reception and staff | ||||||

This is a decision provide positive feedback when my experience has been positive. First of all, I have lived in 5 different boroughs in London and 2 regions outside London I have also been on the Medical Services committee in East LONDON and have medical practitioners in my family. My care at this surgery has been exceptional in these areas: 1) Attention to detail about the condition presented 2) Taking the time to listen and give me the choice on care 3) going over and above duty of care to ensure that my health issues were being dealt with 4) access to doctors by telephone. Given stories of the poor quality of care in GP practice, I am delighted and proud to be part of this surgery. I occasionally attend the PPG at the surgery, and know that patient participation is a priority. Well done to all at the surgery. | ||||||
