I have been registered at this GP for over a decade. Every time I call and one receptionist answers the phone, I am guaranteed to receive unhelpful advice. For example, I booked TWO appointments, one for vaccinations and one for an injection only to call up today and find out the nurse cannot do either. This was a mistake on the GPs end as they booked me someone who could not do what I needed. HOWEVER, instead of the receptionist to apologise, she asked if I said what my appointment was needed for. Which is a very silly question, because OF COURSE I DID. When you call up to book stuff, do they not ask you the reason you need the appointment.
Basically, overall, I would be happy with the service if I did not receive extremely poor customer service from this receptionist, each and every time I called and she answers. |

I was VERY pleased to be dealt with by my new GP here; having had previous visits to my doctor either result in misdiagnosis or being told my issue was non-existent. The first thing that impressed me with my GP is that they listened PROPERLY to what I was explaining -considering the number of years I had been experiencing issues - albeit on and off. They then took correct action to investigate further by referring me for scans, which subsequently required the involvement of a consultant. The second thing that impressed me with my GP is that they totally kept me in the loop regarding appointments/dealing with the consultant etc
As a result, my condition was FINALLY correctly diagnosed and the ensuing required surgery was successfully completed. All thanks to my GP taking the time to LISTEN and not begin to formulate action plans without first gaining the full details and facts. Eternally grateful and thankful Doctor ! |
