The worst surgery ever. They give you an appointment for a telephone consultation and never bother calling!! |

Faultless service. Knowledgable, caring, and approachable reception staff who have always endeavoured to find solutions. Access to appointments for a young family with working parents never a problem - on the day appointments for urgent needs and sensible wait for routine matters. Incredible continuity of care with a single GP but where necessary input from training doctors and other GPs - always working to the same high standards. Nursing fantastic. Having moved out of London I fear we will struggle to find a comparable NHS service - thank you all. |

Their paramedics saw my daughter for infection instead of doctor and prescription did not go through. When I went back the rude receptionist tried to ignore me |
