Reception has to be told off by the way the respond and talk to patients. They are there to help and when someone call generally is because they aren't well so they should be even nicer. That's what they are paid for aren't they? If they don't like their job they can just leave and stop the horrible customer service. I am eager to put a formal complaint if this continuos. Thank you |

Generally very good, you get appointments easily and reception is professional and have had good advice from GPs. The one time I was let down was a slipped disc that was not diagnosed which wasn't surprising as they refused an X-ray referral. After 3months mostly lying on the floor at home I got a referral from a physio. The consultant had me xrayed inside 20mins and then ordered MRI scan and surgery; NHS hospital did great job and I was up and walking freely within a couple of days after surgery. Three months of agony could have been avoided, difficult to understand reluctance to get X-ray, maybe I was too stoic. |

Still waiting for my scan referral 1 year later. I have been with this surgery 5 years & this is why I am leaving the surgery & an honest review. |
