After trying to get through on the telephone for well over an hour I went to the surgery. I had problems with a toe nail and needed someone to look at it before I used the treatment I had purchased at the chemist. . The nurse spotted me and as well as checking my toe, I had bought the wrong medication, she said I hadn’t had my over 65 flu jab so she did that for me. I asked about my wife and she said she could go down anytime that day and she would fit her in which she did. We have been at this practice since 1964 and have noticed many changes obviously they have too many patients for the number of doctors to be able to give patients the time that is needed. Thankfully with someone as professional and caring as this nurse we as patients are very fortunate she is a treasure |

The receptionists’ attitude on the telephone is appalling and rude, treat the patients inhumanely. The doctor was supported to call me for an emergency matter but she only rang three rings and cut the line and never got to talk to me on the phone. I have never been able to make dr appointment on the day I wanted. This surgery’s quality of care is appalling and not acceptable. |

I was contacted by the surgery to come in and review my medications with the pharmacist. This I did , and found it to be a most rewarding visit, with much explained in great detail by Omar. He also took my blood pressure, and because my pulse rate was particularly high (something I had noticed when taking B.P. readings at home), he quickly arranged for me to have a blood test and an E.C.G., which was carried out very efficiently by the nurse. Subsequently, Dr. Ali rang me to say he had sent an urgent letter to the Cardiology Dept., at Kingston Hospital, who had seen me before, and an appointment there was arranged in a matter of a few days. All in all, a very satisfying experience, with the staff excellent. |
