After my original doctor retired, I have seen any doctor that was available a the time that was suitable for me. But then I met Dr.Shoaib, how refreshing to meet such a welcoming young man. His professionalism is remarkable, great listener, ability to relay in layman’s terms for someone like myself who understands a little doctor language. Also he didn’t make me feel as though he was clock watching, which if someone feels like that, they can forget what else they need to say. At the end of my visit Dr.Shoaib asked if there was anything else he can help with? I told him all my questions have been answered and I am good for now. Thank you Dr.Shoaib for your help and I am now receiving physiotherapy for my injury. | ||||||

My praise is to Stacey working for the administration. Her work ethic and diligence has been a real breath of fresh air after arriving in London. My registration which was stated to take a week took a measly 10 minutes. | ||||||

They treat the patients poorly and only respond to good reviews, which isn't professional or correct in the medical field. I was misdiagnosed, given the wrong dosage of medication and was unwell. Then when I complained it was blamed on me and the doctor denied giving me the wrong dosage! Completely unethical. | ||||||
