I used DOCLINK APP as I needed advice. I went through my symptoms and it highlighted that I needed to be seen within 4 hrs. My gp rang me an hour later gave me the medications that I required and arranged a face to face appointment for the next day to check I was responding. A good plan of action was drawn up and I was very impressed at the service received. Many thanks Team Chesser. | ||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery since it opened and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I have at various times been treated by every doctor and all are excellent, highly qualified and empathic, the most important quality a physician needs. During the pandemic the practice has embraced the new technology and installed the latest state of the art telephone system so as to cope at this most difficult time. At seventy nine I have, like many elderly patients, a variety of health problems and I have never been let down. The reception staff have been hugely stretched of late and have responded magnificently to the challenge, as have the doctors, managers, nurses and all other staff! Well done, Chesser Surgery.
