I am very disappointed for 2 days I can't get to the doctor because the lady from the reception is acting like a doctor so I was forced to call 111

Hi guys please read this I have been a parent at this surgery now for many years I am now looking to get a new doctors surgery due being a young man I’m unsure of what a good doctor and bad doctor surgery is but I now know writhe green is a very bad doctors surgery to the point parent have spay painted the building with staff names and remarks to wards them they have had people out side screaming on occasions I have been there cause they have been miss treated or neglected by the survey and I totally understand why they go to the existent they go to. the amount of time I have been going to the surgery with on going problem that never get resolved! Just worsen. first seen by doctor wells and what a terrible time that was they treat you as if you are fit and well and wasting there time when you are clearly in need of help and advise. Literally For 8 years they have been trying to sort out my bowl condition they have done bare minimum to the point I had make a scene for them to book me a colonoscopy. So they they sent me to get my colon check and the hospital said I could possible have colitis it only took 5 years of begging for them to do this. They then said I possibly have colitis and for 2 years did nothing to assist me with this to the pint I had to kick of an beg for a ct scan literally braking down in the room to the doctor I have now lost over 3 stone in weight I can’t buy clothes that fit me and I have now developed more serious issues. Along with dispersing and Anxiety. After all the bowl condition I started getting pains a inflammation in my chest and throat I have asked them number of time to help me get a thyroid test done due to have every symptom for a over active thyroid which can lead to very life threatening confusions. I started seeing dr keers he tried to help a bit I think any ways. on Monday I went in to see him to talk about my on going problem and he just sat there and said I don’t know….I don’t know what to say or do as if he had given up. (This is not what you want to hear from a health professional) after this I left and my symptoms in my throat (thyroid) worsened.my breathing got really bad to the pint I kept getting breathless having pains in my chest and throat also a lump and a clicking noise when you touch it. Not what you want so I then call back a day later begging for some one to contact me to get seen agin for a second appointment for some one to asses me and advise me on what to do. Finally manage to get a doctor to call me back at around 6pm even though I called in the morning. I was told to just go to the hospital and wait in a&e. I had to beg them to see me they booked me in for a 8:30 appointment and I saw dr pria I think that’s her name. She literally laughs at me when I was explain my problem and it was so unprofessional I had to ask her to literally shut her mouth and stop laughing at me it’s patronising. She then tried to just brush it all off and told me I’m fine I then told her to asses me and check my weight ect I’m 28 years of age and I now weigh 8 stone 3oz I’m also 6 foot toll I’m no doctor but I’m pretty sure I’m heading down the road or on even on the road of being well under weight I weighed more when I was 12 than I do now. I said I believe my lymphmatic system feel like it’s infected due to all my glans coming up and being painful. E.g arm pit, groin, be hind ear also throat and neck aswell as getting pains in them areas. She said you can test the lynphmatic system i the Googled it whilst she was talking and straight away it come up. you can get 3 different test to check the system for infection be it viral or bacterial. She then laughed again and said I don’t know every thing. Like come on your the doctor!? I actually feel like I’m in a nightmare and want to wake up cause I have seen more than 4 different doctors at the erythema green surgery and not one of them can help me you can’t even fathom what I’ve been through over the past few years.
