Given I spoke to a GP two days ago who asked to see me the following day face to face but I ended up in a+e. I called today asking for a phone call appointment regarding the same issue and one for my young child. The gp called but I'm on crutches and just missed the call after not getting to the phone in time. I called straight back and explained and reception said they would message him and ask him to call back. The gp never bothered to call back and has now left. I think its disgusting he didn't bother to call back especially as the other gp actually wanted to see me and he would have seen this. He would have made the other calls he had to do and then could have tried again. I'm now left in agony with no pain relief and another night of no sleep. Such a shame as most of my previous experience has been positive and I have recommended the surgery but this has really annoyed me. |

Dr Stephen J Grice wow how refreshing it was to see a GP who obviously still has passion for the job he does. Excellent communicator, nothing seemed like too much trouble for him to discuss or advise. Thank you Dr Grice I truly believe you are a rare find these days. My son (9) said how amazing and friendly you were and have left a lasting impression. Thank you. There is one reptionist who is always very polite and helpful, it is a shame the rest of the team let the surgery down in terms of manners, friendliness and communication. |

This surgery puts patients lives at risk due to not following up with patients or dealing with complaints in a reasonable time. I have experienced one thing after another which has led to me just giving up on care.. I so wish my gp who I had been with for years and knew how to treat patients did not retire.. this service has lost it’s way |
