I saw the nurse at CJMP last week, who was so helpful, kind, calming and knowledgeable. Exactly what you would like to see at your GP surgery and went above and beyond to help me out :-) The staff at reception are always as helpful as they possibly can be and try their best to get appointments where possible - and given that I work full time, this is greatly appreciated!! Doctors here are also very helpful indeed when needed. |

My family and I have been patients of the surgery for at least 17 years. During this time, we have always been able to get appointments to see both doctors and the nurse. I am always reminded to have my Asthma check up as well as the Flu injections. The nurse is also a good point of reference when planning a trip to check on relevant injections and malaria advice. I feel fortunate to have such compassionate doctors who listen and are able to refer me to various clinics to help with my aging body. Well done to the team at Clapham Junction Medical practice. |

I cannot comment on the main GPs of this clinic, as every time I go I have seen a substitute. However, the front desk staff and the general administrative running of the practice is completely inefficient and unhelpful. At times, it seems they forget that they are working in healthcare, as you are treated like (an annoying) nuisance. I have been waiting for two weeks to receive a simple signature on a form to move forward with my treatment. and have been told (rather rudely) that they can take a month if that is what they would like to do. You expect compassion and kindness in healthcare professionals, but that is not the case at this practice. You feel as if they are trying to tire you out until you stop trying. |
