This is possibly one of the worst GP Surgery`s to come to or to get relevant health care. They do not care and it starts with the receptionists who don`t listen to a thing you say. They just parrot out some drivel of online booking. Nothing but gate keepers. I have seen 3 different doctors (by phone appointment) for eczema treatment and in 3 years not improvement and they refuse to send me to a dermatologist. They are a disgusting practice and should be shut down. |

Had a telephone consultation regarding my elderly mother and it turns out the GP didn't bother to action what she was meant to. Few weeks later I personally took BP readings into surgery myself and handed to receptionist and also made an appointment to discuss. Turns out not only were readings not added to my mother's record but also the appointment I made for 14th Dec 22 at 09.10 to discuss wasn't allocated either. When I called the receptionist started to talk to me assuming I was someone else and I had to ask her if she would like to know mine or my mother's details before we proceed!! Extremely incompetent reception staff and below standard care of elderly patients. |

Its been two years since lockdown. You suggest using the app, which have no appointments for a telephone call for 3 weeks in advance, can't get through. Such a terrible system. |
