    Receptionist are awful. Disgusting attitude, don't greet you, go against what other receptionists have said, and treat you like crap. Dr's are good tho.

    I had emergency surgery before Christmas, but unfortunately, one of the wounds is not healing properly. I contacted Poole Road surgery and was given an appointment with one of the nurses that day. She asked Dr Alder for his opinion also. Since then, I have had regular appointments with one of the team of nurses, helping to dress the wound and overseeing its healing. It is such a relief to know that a professional is looking after me. All the nurses I have seen have been helpful, caring and professional. Thank you PRMC nursing team.
