Rude and unprofessional. I received terrible patient communication and service. Talked over me was very rude felt abuse too. Was accused of trying to fiddle the system when all IRude and unprofessional. I received terrible patient communication and service. Talked over me was very rude felt abused. Was accused of trying to fiddle the system when all I was actually doing was trying to save them time by not coming in by requesting a prescription over the phone. she then refused to give me her name. The worst surgery I have ever been onto. And this is the second time I’ve had an issue with them. |

My husband and I have been with this practice for more than 30 years and both have had some serious health issues to deal with which are ongoing. The level of care and service has always been the very best. In recent months with all of the issues around covid things have been more difficult for everyone but we have still received the care and services we required. THE RECEPTION STAFF IN PARTICULARLY have, in my opinion, been outstanding in their efforts to assist us. |

The Lifeboat Quay practice protocols for reception staff mean that you cant get through block of them even for urgent problems. They are rigid and not open to exception forcing me to go to AE inappropriately. They are not coping with insufficient GPs and poorly trained receptionists. The service is becoming dangerous with delayed appointments, blood tests and results. Cant make verbal complaints to practice manager. Arrogant service. |
