Every time I phone for an appointment I have to give up due to an extremely long wait. Today I was number 44 in the queue. Ridiculous! | ||||||

Online clinical portal is very good. Entered the issues, and it triaged me as it went along. Surgery called me about 10 mins after I sent it in, had my appointment within the hour and dealt with it later that day. So much better than using the phone which is hopeless for appointments. | ||||||

My daughter took her 13 month old baby to see a doctor at this surgery and was cursed by the doctor who the appointment was with, the doctor asked her not to bring the 13 month old baby again to the surgery and waste time her unless she has a temperature of over 40 degrees and it would only bring her if the fever lasts for more than 4 days, my grandchild ended up in A&E today with severe breathing difficulties, she was admitted onto the children’s ward.
