Called into surgery to ask for appointment.
Was given one for same morning.
Was spoken to politely & not made to feel i was wasting anyones time.
I needed a blood test after being seen & that was done the same morning too.

Very Good Service in an extremely busy practice. Doctors ensure that you are not only informed but take the time to explain, and make sure you understand the implications
of their diagnosis. This is Very reassuring on behalf of this patient & I feel that this aspect was
absent in previous visits over a number of years!
The news might not always be as we would wish however it is delivered in a kind &
compassionate way!! I highly commend this now Outstanding practise!! |
