I receive good care from my GP, but why is it so difficult to make an appointment with him? I have to wait three weeks for a telephone appointment. When I joined the surgery in 1999, you could get a face to face appointment within three days. Please do not blame COVID for this state of affairs. I would appreciate a comment. |

Always able to get an appointment,especially if it’s urgent always found reception staff helpful.

I rang this morning to make a flu vaccination appointment for my son. I spoke with a member of staff who was not only extremely pleasant, but very patient while we sorted out what kind of vaccination was required (nasal in this case) and when it could be done. I'm afraid I haven't always felt as welcomed by the reception staff so it was heartening to talk to someone who demonstrated customer care so well. Thank you. |
