I was born into this practice 78 years ago and I have never felt anything but well looked after. The surgery has taken me through childbirth, raising my children, care of my mum and the debilitating illness of my husband. No2 in my later years I unfortunately have to call on them more often than I wish but I feel like part of the village ‘family’ and I am eternally grateful to them all for the excellent job that they do. |

Doctor is let down by rude and uncaring receptionists . I’m fully aware there is a situation with Covid 19 . However even after explaining I am severely deaf she still insisted in bawling down the intercom. When I was finally let in, she then started to say something but walked off as she did so . Showing total disregard for tge fact I had already stated I was deaf . It’s this rude attitude as well as often being asked why we need an appointment with a doctor ( phone only ) that lets down what could be an excellent surgery. Bad management and poor training of receptionists that cannot think outside the box . It wouldn’t have hurt for the receptionist to have come and assisted me by talking to me from behind the glass entrance door . I lip read perfectly well . But clearly none have a clue as to how to deal with people with a deafness disability . |

I had an appointment on 14 July with phlebotomist nurse who was very professional. I also spoke to the receptionist re. my urine sample. All my interactions particularly with the receptionists whether on the phone or face to face have always been good. |
