Been with this surgery a number of years. Since covid if you get an appointment with a doctor it's a miracle! Been trying to see a doctor since January just left the surgery after being told no record of an appointment in tears!! I'm frustrated I'm angry and most of all I'm really upset. I just been told sick note still running, I didn't even know I had one!! I have to say the receptionists involved were not at fault and were very good. | ||||||

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND HEATHERVIEW MEDICAL CENTRE TO BE EXCELLANT. THE STAFF AND RECEPTIONISTS ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL.I HAD A QUERY ABOUT MY HUSBAND THIS MORNING AND THE LADY WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL AND REASSURING. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK HER FOR MAKING ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY HUSBAND SO QUICKLY. TAKE CARE . SUE WAREHAM. | ||||||

I've been with Heatherview since the place was built and have always had excellent service in all matters. I recently had a quite severe medical problem and carried out an e-consult. The doctor called me within an hour to tell me to go to a nearby Boots chemist to which she had sent a prescription so that I could start my treatment immediately. This was followed up by an appointment the following morning which resulted in an ambulance being called and arriving within 10 minutes to take me to Poole Hospital. In my books, this was a pretty slick operation, with impeccable care and attention, with my, the patient's, interest coming first. Many thanks Heatherview, you're outstanding in my view. | ||||||
