I saw a GP over a week and a half ago who said I should have an x Ray and he would put in a request to the x Ray department at Bournemouth Hospital I have rung the hospital 3 times no such request was made I am in agony with my knee and have difficulty walking its disgraceful how they treat patients you are lucky if you can get an appointment they usually fob you off with a telephone call | ||||||

I am surprised there are comments from (unknown) at the surgery on this forum. They are quite shy of replying to letters of complaint. | ||||||

The reviews praising this surgery must be from people working there. In my experience the “duty of care” is non existent. It appears there are many days of week there are no doctors in the surgery. Many many patients cannot get a phone call appointment let alone a face to face. And in my experience serious mistakes have been made that could have put my life at risk. The surgery and it’s practise should be examined by the authorities. However not sure there is one, why they can get away with it. Taking money under false pretences, I’m afraid. | ||||||
