I have been a patient of my doctor since moving to Merley and have always been grateful and appreciative of his patience and professionalism. I have also been very impressed with the reception team and the nurses I have had treatment from. When I have required on the day appointments they have been very accommodating. My husband rang in with chest pains. The receptionist was kind and helpful. A doctor called him back within 10 minutes and an ECG and consultation was arranged for a couple of hours later.
While we were there, the receptionist took the time to check we were OK and even apologised for the delay!
