I find the receptionists rude and unhelpful. To tell me if my son had symptoms for two weeks he could wait another three weeks for a telephone appointment is unacceptable. They ignore you when you walk into reception , no eye contact. They could do with some customer service training |

I'm at the Merley branch & feel very lucky to have such a caring surgery, everyone from reception to nurses to Drs all go over & above to give excellent service. I can usually get an appointment within a few weeks, the telephone calls are super convenient too. I have also had an emergency appointment on the same day without any trouble the receptionist being incredibly helpful at a time when i felt so frightened for my sons health. thank you |
