I am leaving this review on behalf on my elderly Nan, with the surgerys new telephone appointment system (the GP rings you for a over the phone consultation) I think this is a stupid idea as my nan was not told a time or even a rough time scale when they was going to ring back so she was sat beside the phone 5 hours waiting for a call back otherwise she was scared of missing the call. This is very frustrating and I think somthing needs to be done in order to keep their patients. | ||||||

Very disappointed with this GP surgery, been a patient for a long time. Rarely need the Dr thank goodness. Recently has some health issues and was given a telephone call to tell me of my condition. Having not even met my registered GP thought this would have been a good time to met with me and explain my condition and give me reassurance. Shame it didn't happen | ||||||

Well where to start it's a shambles from start to finish! Firstly my four year old Son is sent a request for injections, I book an appointment only to realise the day before that he's had them by checking his red book! I I hadn't he would havebeen given medication he didn't need....Simply horrendous! Secondly I have had a hysterectomy I am only 35 and the surgery have sent three letters asking me to go for a bloody smear test! I have no cervix! Found this hurtful, insensitive, especially already calling them to inform them twice! I am now doing their job for them under very sensitive circumstances. The staff are so rude, ignorant and shout so loud, the world and his Wife know my private business! And the icing on the cake is taking two stool samples in after now suffering nine weeks of bowel problems and loosing weight only for them to call me back and tell me they have been lost.....twice!! So now I give up meant to be seeing a doctor Thursday 19th January, half expecting it to be coco the clown....After this week I shall be leaving the doctors surgery and look for another as this one and Marine are awful | ||||||
