Cannot fault anything with the fantastic service provided by everyone at this surgery. Can obtain an appointment online at my convenience or by telephone almost daily.. Excellent service by all. | ||||||

Review The doctor
I have recently registered with the St Albans Medical Centre and do not normally proactively provide feedback on services or products.
I have had many doctors over the years and I cannot praise the doctor enough.
Today was my first appointment with the doctor (non frequent user of medical faciliaties). I am also a private annual BUPA member through my employment but can honestly say that the doctor is second to none in terms of advice, understanding needs, swift action and knowledge of appropriate medication. She has gone 'above and beyond' and would say that her counsel goes above and beyond that of a private physician through Bupa.
This is the first time that I have felt this way when visiting a GP at the age of 35 and she is a credit to both the medical profession and also St Albans Medical Centre. I will certainly look to remain with this medical practice and with the doctor from now on as a result.
Often GPs do not receive the recognition and credit which they deserve in such a challenging environment. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending the doctor and in terms of overall rating certainly a 5 out of 5.

I called into the surgery today to sign up to the online services for St Albans Medical Centre and at the same time asked for some advice about replacement wound dressings following a recent minor procedure I had at hospital last week. I was seen by a very helpful nurse who took the time to put my mind at rest and replace my dressings. I have always had good service from the doctors, nurses and admin team at St Albans of which I am very thankful for. | ||||||
