Always helpful and friendly receptionists. All the nurses and doctors are friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Can get an appointment fairly easily. Good long opening hours. Always run on time. Clean waiting area. World's apart from my last doctors surgery. | ||||||

The reception staff at this patactice are rude and blunt. There is one nice receptionist and that's it. The Doctors are great though. It is impossible to get appointments unless you call up at 08:00. I work shift work so am unable to do that. I've had to wait 4 days to get an appointment before. Most recently finish work at 2pm call for an appointment and told all gone call back at 8am.. I'm at work by 6am and due to the nature of my work I do not have access to a phone during work hours. So I'm left with out the ability to make appointments. | ||||||
