    If you need an urgent appointment, it's nearly impossible to get through. Been calling since 8am on the dot, couldn't get through till 9.05am, even then I couldn't get an appointment in person. The best they could do was a telephone call with the triage nurse. How can anything growth related be assessed over the phone? Even 111 direct line couldn't easily get through to the surgery.

    We are sorry that you have found it challenging getting through on the phones. We are running a new triage service to make sure those patients that are acutely unwell are seen in a timely manner. We have communicated to patients you do not need to ring first thing to be able to access this service. We are also looking at having a new phone system installed late summer to help with patient communication. Thank you for your comments
