Two surgeries, some way apart covering a rural area with dispensing facilities. Phone always answered even if the Broad Chalke surgery is closed. Has patients in 3 counties that means sometimes you're referred in different directions for some services. Pleasant and efficient. No problems. | ||||||

It is comforting to feel that you are being respected and cared for in such a friendly enviroment. Having time to talk over your concerns and conditions with a health care professional is a big part of the healing process. It does not matter the level of severity of your condition or the level of anxiety you feel, there is always people there who genuinely care and want to make your life as good as they can.
At no time do you feel rushed or asked if your condition is important, everybody is treated with the same respect.
The Surgery and the people there are such an important part of the community and make the village one of the nicest places to live. My life is much better thanks to their efforts and can't thank them enough for this. | ||||||
