Visited the GP today for the first time today after recently joining and have only good things to say about the practice. The receptionist was lovely and helpful both over the phone and in person. Accommodating to evening appointments and pharmacy right next door. I saw the GP for something that has been an ongoing issue for several years, and has not been taken seriously by a number of GPs at my previous surgery. Straight away I felt like I was being genuinely listened to and like everything I was saying was being taken into account. I felt like my concerns were validated and the relief from that is worth so much in itself. Can not speak highly enough of this practice. | ||||||

Visited surgery several times in last few months. Found staff friendly and very efficient.
Doctors very supportive and not coming across as rushed. I am glad I have recently changed to this surgery.
No problems getting an appointment same day as not wanting a set Gp. Prescriptions sent efficiently to my preferred chemist.

Having a 9 month baby I have been visiting the surgery a lot more often. The whole team are always friendly and helpful particularly one person on the reception and two of the doctor. Thank you for providing such a great service in our times of need. | ||||||
