A dreadful experience from day 1. I was unfortunately transferred to this practice from another which was shutdown. My experience has been one of no or late responses and totally unhelpful. |

All the doctors are amazing and helpful, any time I have an appointment I'm very satisfy with the doctors and receptionists |

I note with surprise the previous derogatory observation about outsourcing. One thing this practice is excellent at is ensuring you are given access to first rate care. Sometimes that has meant seeing another doctor within the practice who has more specialised knowledge as a precaution. The same with steps2wellbeing - CHMT actually refer patients to them so technically the doctor has bypassed a step to get the patient prompt access.
I had merely meant to say what a fantastic practice this is thanks to the doctors efforts to provide a care of duty in spite of cuts and “red tape”. My only lament is the apparent loss of the online Denmark Doctor, written by the senior general practitioner at Denmark..Which was a great reference point to the current state of our NHS. |
