Expect to be waiting over an hour past your appointment, get wrong diagnosis and incorrect medicines, forgotten perscriptions that never arrive at the chemist and patronising staff. | ||||||

Since I registered at this practice, the staff have been very nice and helpful. Especially during my kids vaccinations appointments. The doctors, nurses and admin staff offer excellent service from my experience!!!!! Please keep up the good work! Also recently, I chased up an appointment for my first covid vaccine as I am a healthcare worker! Wow I was super impressed by the speed of response to having my vaccination done! Very happy patient here. | ||||||

When I went to GP first time on march 2019 due to my painful disease they put "routine" category while referring to hospital and they give me appointment to a date on december 2019. This was quite ridiculous as my situation so bad that I had to go to Turkey and had a surgery operation to recover which worked for me.
Another case I have with this GP is that getting a GP registration form as a proof of my gp registration was very very stressful and they could not provide such a simple form. | ||||||
