I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. VENNER TODAY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IVE SEEN HER, AND I MUST SAY SHE IS VERY KIND AND THOROUGH, GOING THROUGH ALL MY MEDICATION. AND AILMENTS, WHICH IVE GOT PLENTY AT MY AGE. I DO HOPE THAT SHE STAYS AT WEST END SURGERY, AS SHE’S A VERY SPECIAL DOCTOR. I ALSO MUST MENTION THE TWO RECEPTIONISTS, WHO DID THEIR UTMOST TO HELP ME REGARDING BLOOD TESTS. THANK YOU WEST END. SURGERY. M. GOODFELLOW | ||||||

Sorry to say that this surgery has ‘gone downhill’ since covid! Some days the car park is full but go inside the building and there is no one in the waiting area. What has happened to the practice nurses? one used to visit my husband, (he has MS and bed bound ) but getting someone to visit him is impossible. He has a chest infection now, but how can it be diagnosed over the phone.? we know covid won’t go away altogether, but why has this changed the running of a once good practice. Absolutely diabolical service | ||||||
