Badger Farm Surgery is a fantastic surgery - it is a shame that you can no longer call them direct - great people who do what they say they are going to do. Sadly it was longer feasible for the practice to have a specific phone line to the Badger Farm clinic but, we have taken on extra reception staff at our main Friarsgate Practice to make sure patients can get through to us. We are so pleased to hear that your experience of Friarsgate and its staff have been so positive as our entire team work very hard to make sure the patient journey is as smooth as possible. | ||||||

When I eventually went Basingstoke hospital on the 28/11/2018, expecting to have this new
process done, I was told in no uncertain terms this was not going to happen. Nobody had advised of this prior to my arrival, having waited 3 months for what I hoped would be a
procedure, that would improve my quality of life.
The person who I saw told me this was in fact a clinic, and not where
this procedure would be done. In addition he said they had not received a referral letter from
my GP, albeit I had a document from NHCH, confirming the time and date of
my appointment. Nothing told me that this procedure was not going to be done.
I am vey angry about this, and would appreciate a full report, on why this happened, and
moreover when indeed this procedure will be done.
