Call this morning to book a routine phone call back appointment, to be told to call back at 13.30. Then called back at this time to find that they hung up on my call twice then when I got through, to be told only booking emergency appointments and to call back at 2pm for a routine appointment. When I called back at 2pm I was told that some of the doctors were on Holiday and they could not offer an appointment till Monday the following week. I don't have to see the doctor frequently, but as a diabetic patient need advice occasionally. By the time I would have spoken to the doctors the symptoms would have gone and there would be nothing to check. This practice is rubbish and am seriously thinking of changing to another surgery. | ||||||

The receptionists are so rude at archers and nosey they need some serious training in customer care!!! You call at 8 can't get through when you finally do no appointments unless it's an emergency!!! That place is a joke the receptionist if you ask me give the place a bad name | ||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery for a long time and have seen all the changes over the years. I must admit that I have always been able to make an appointment when I have needed one . The reception staff have always been polite and try their best to accommodate your needs they have always offered me a telephone call back from the GP the same day if I have asked for one. I have had no problems with prescriptions or access at the surgery.
