So bad to contact anyone I moved to a different surgery. Many years ago it was one of the best but sadly those days have gone. | ||||||

My wife rang for an appt to see a Doctor and was told someone would contact her later.She duly had a msg that evening saying a telephone appt had been made for her in 19 days time. She rang again in the morning asking for appt to see a doctor but was told there were no appts available and that a phone call was the best they could do. Is it true that no doctor had a free appt in 19 days,?? If this is good service I would hate to see poor service. Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. | ||||||

Having ran out of a prescription medication (entirely my fault) I had to visit the surgery, explain the situation. Reception assistant reassured me prescription "L" sent to pharmacy in Titchfield. Drove down to chemist twice on separate days, still no prescription, phoned chemist once still no prescription. Phoned Jubilee, explained situation i still had no medication. Assistant investigated, she was so apologetic, so sorry for the delay & confusion with my prescription and empathised with my situation, extremely helpful, honest & apologetic. Even thou the situation was caused by my initial forgetfulness.The reason for this small review is to comment on the complete positive change in the reception staff customer care & manner, compared to the conflict & rejection one could experience only a couple of years ago. It was a very positive response from the receptionist,she explained they had made a mistake,were sorry for the error & would hasten my prescription. It was very pleasing and refreshing not to have to defend, repeatedly explain and to justify my grievance. It appears that Jubilee have a fresh approach to customer contact, which for myself is very noticeable & well appreciated, to speak to a friendly understanding person within this stressful NHS period. So a heartfelt thank you for your caring &sincere approach and congratulations to whoever is driving this fresh attitude forward. Regards Paul. | ||||||
