My experience with doctors was very good,every time i completed an econsult form i was called back and had app fixed as soon as possible if needed.Also for my baby I did not have to wait more then an 1 or 2 hrs to be called back and if neccessary and arranged to be seen face to face in the same day .Obviously i used 111 as directed on nhs app for some situations.Yes its true that seems to be a lack of staff, and sometimes communication is not effective but overall I am satisfied. |

RANG THIS MORNING I ONLY RING IF NEED TO AS I'M SUFFERING ENOUGH THROUGH NO APPOINTMENTS AND IN SEVER PAIN I PHONED AT 8.OO YOU ARE NUMBER 47 IN THE QUE WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE GETS TOLD WE HAVE REACHED OUR CAPACITY LADY SAYS IF IT'S URGENT PHONE 111 PHONE THEM WAITING TIME IS 1HR & 55 MINS SO I PHONED 1.30PM SOMEBODY WILL PHONE YOU BUT NO ONE DID TYPICAL OFF THE CAMBRIDGE PRACTICE SERIOUSLY THIS NEEDS URGENTLY SORTING OUT |

My gp was doing urgent triage appointment as I unfortunately couldn't get up there she was going to ring this afternoon it's coming up for a year when I couldn't get any appointments I ended up in a&e as I was very anemic even when you ring so staff are very very rude abd put the phone I'm very ill and I'm suffering I have severe tinnitus and hyperscuis and the heat isn't helping but to not phone no it's the patient health ?????? there quick enough to say stop keep harrssing I dont |
