Wanted to request my blood test results. 24 minutes 16 seconds untile the phone was answered. It used to be a brilliant surgery. ( Bring back the Dr. Akerman days ) | ||||||

Cold doctors .. do not evaluate you properly at all. I have diagnosed several conditions myself for myself and family members. Lost ALL faith in this surgery now. Do your own research people , this is not a caring practice. Over prescribed pain killers for my son which lead to serious issues. Rang up asking for blood results , receptionist said my white cell was up but failed to mention about enlarged red cells, so only a routine appointment was made for over a month later. When seeing the doctor she has now sent my results off to HAEMATOLOGY for further investigation!! Why was I left for over a month and not told the correct results over the phone by the receptionist? One day soon the truth will come out regarding this surgery as too many people have been impacted badly by the LACK of care which could be fatal. I am leaving this surgery. | ||||||

When I first registered with the surgery the reception staff were less than pleasant and did not have the correct appointment time. Written on the back of the booklet in the staff's handwriting was the correct time but it was not recorded in their system. No apology was given and no explanation. Nevertheless, I eventually received an appointment and was very satisfied with the doctor, her willingness to partner in my health care and her knowledge and manner. I am still happy with the service. | ||||||
