I have had cause this pass year to visit the surgery several times, Once for a infection of the inner ear that meant l had to ask to see a doctor right away,The receptionist was very understanding and a doctor gave me a call back within 30minutes and invited me to attend the surgery,Initially saw a nurse who then called the doctor.
The doctor was excellent and l had a procedure on my ear at the hospital on the Tuesday.
On other times l have seen my own doctor and can only say l have had exemplary caring
service.
I feel very lucky to belong to this surgery |

Thank you for a very positive experience when ringing in on a Monday morning and wanting a quick resolution. Duty GP telephoned within 30 minutes and plan made without the need for an appointment. Evidence based decision making too. |

There is a receptionist at the surgery who is rude and undermining, on 2 occasions I have witnessed her treat patients dreadfully.
once I got in for my appointment the nurse was equally uncaring, rushing me out of the door not answering any of my questions fully. She appeared inexperienced, rushed also did not seem to care. I'm not sure if this was an off day but due not being able to get appointments when needed and inefficient emergency care, I have no reregistered at another local surgery. |
