The Bermuda Practice Partnership

A Dr came with end of life drugs for my dad but couldn't be bothered to do a community prescription so he died in pain because without this the drugs could not be given, so i ask why couldn't the Dr who came with them administer them, the answer is i don't know maybe he was just lazy! This Dr who claimed he was a locum when i know he is not also thought it was acceptable to state that it was a shame my dad was dying at a weekend or more could be done. After he died getting a death certificate was a nightmare and reception staff didn't help or advise just put the phone down, had to get the undertakers to get the certificate in the end. This practice helped my dad die with pure indignity and they should be ashamed.

Phone is rubbish it's just one line it's always 40 min wate to get though ther are no doctors ther lots of staff in office but just hang around each others desks and ignor you for as long as thay can wot a crap place thourt it was bad befour but well done you made it even worce

Trying to get through for a call with a doctor is the hardest thing ever! When you do get through you are advised no slots left, even though you have sat on hold for over an hour!!!
