I have a long term, chronic condition. I've moved around the country quite a bit over the past 30 years, registering with various practices. Shepherds Spring Medical Centre has everything I need. They've recently expanded the surgery to accommodate more nursing facilities. I've never had a problem here. All staff are very polite and helpful. They treat everyone with respect and dignity. The online prescription requests work a treat. They keep up to date with technology and give fantastic service. | ||||||

I usually need to see a doctor on the day & have never had a problem getting a same day appointment. If I need a referral for specialist treatment it is done there & then. Prescriptions are always accurate and at the pharmacy within48 hours of ordering. | ||||||

I’ve had two urgent appointment recently and been able to see the GP the same day which has been amazing and within half an hour of phoning up. The receptionists have always been kind and empathetic on the phone, they have to ask you what the issue is in case you are having a heart attack or something similar, you would be surprised how many people don’t dial 999. The Gp’s are really nice and easy to talk to, I’ve never felt rushed at all. All the nurses I see on a regular basis are very nice kind and funny. This practice just keeps improving. Well done for a fabulous service. | ||||||
