I would like to thank the Castle Practice for the prompt and efficient treatment which I received recently. Following a fall on ice, I contracted cellulitis in my left leg, which had been damaged in the past by DVT events. I was given an appointment via the Triage system where the cellulitis infection, as opposed to a further DVT, was correctly diagnosed. A course of antibiotics has improved the situation immeasurably. The staff concerned also arranged a follow up blood test for INR levels to be checked. All seamless and reassuring - many thanks. |

The changes you have made to the website in respect of reordering prescriptions leave a lot to be desired. The site is not simple to navigate and some of the requests are confusing. I suggest a little more work on simplifying the site is necessary.
I tried to order some medication through the site -
An example of a problem. A few weeks ago, I ordered SOME of the medication I need, but when I picked up the prescription, ALL the medication I use was included in the package, which I felt was an unnecessary cost to the NHS. |

I’ve been registered with a number of surgeries in different areas previously and have found this to be the best surgery by far in terms of getting the help I need. Reception is very helpful and I like the phone triage system which means I don’t have to take the day off work to see a doctor, and most things can be sorted quickly. Thank you! |
