Busy the receptionist said on the phone. No appointments available she said. So I went down there to see the packed out waiting room. Disgusting, there’s a cover up somewhere. I’ll let a&e sort it. No wonder people go sit up the hospital for hours. It’s now 1-03am. Thanks for the acid reflux Richmond surgery? It might not seem much to you but I have to be up at 5am to drive my Hgv truck! Cheers for that! |

Trying to book a face to face with a dr these days is impossible. I’m told there are no appointments available yet you go to the surgery and the waiting room is empty. How can this be. I’m suffering with acid reflux and my consultant has put me on folic acid tablets. Great, it’s 1-30 in the morning and I’m sat in my front room chucking up acid and burning my throat. I’ve given up with the drs now, let a&e sort it out when this becomes a bigger problem. |

I am totally upset with this surgery. My mother passed away on the 20th December she had Parkinson's PSP. The Doctor, put on her death certificate that she had Alzheimer which she did not have. She had been suffering with Parkinson's PSP for some three years and was being treated for it.So it must be that in elderly patient the GP puts what ever he likes on the Certificate. |
