Forest Gate uses Covid as an excuse not to see anyone anymore face to face. You have to go through their extremely rude triage staff, who are unbelievably ill-mannered, discourteous and supercilious. This used to be a nice surgery years ago, but it is awful now. Have forgotten what the doctors are like, because they seem to be in hiding, but the phone staff are truly dreadful people. When they eventually answer the phone, that is. | ||||||

The main aim of this surgery is to keep taking the money but avoid doing anything. If you do eventually get through on the phone you are treatedcwith contempt. What has happened to this great little practice. | ||||||
