Waited 2 weeks for them to process my papers for them to tell us we aren’t in the catchment area, when we live about a mile down the road. Told the receptionist where we lived before taking the papers, and she confirmed we should be fine. A massive waste of time. | ||||||

Having struggled with GPs and surgeries in the past, I have found my experience with this surgery amazing. The reception staff are polite and understanding, even when I was embarrassed to say I was struggling with emotional wellbeing and mental health. My GP was supportive and took the time to listen and discuss options, and set up two further appointments to help get me back on track. I wouldn't normally leave reviews but it has changed my opinion and my experience has been very positive. Thank you. Popped in to ask about hay fever tablets for my daughter. Receptionist was so helpful as was the male GP who happened to be in Reception at the time. Thank you. | ||||||
